DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFICATION
Supply and installation of false ceiling with fire resistance class REI 180, on tiles or R.C. o R.C.P. insole, composed by two sheets MGO FIRE PLUS® th. 13 mm, composed in magnesium oxide, silicates, perlite, vermiculite, mineralized wood fiber, covered on both sides with a glass fiber layer, approved in A1 fire resistance class. Sheets will be installed to staggered joints by means of steel self-tapping screws with anti-corrosion treatment 4×32 mm at interaxis 300 mm and 4×41 mm at interaxis 150 mm on primary profiles (interaxis 1000 mm) and secondary (interaxis 400 mm) in galvanized steel “C” section 27x60x27 mm and th. 0,6 mm on galvanized steel perimeter guides of “U” section 30x28x30 mm and th. 0,6 mm.
Primary and secondary profiles, will be anchored between them by means of coplanar orthogonal connection in galvanized steel th. 1,00 mm and anchored to structure with suspension attacks in galvanized steel th. 1,00 mm with rigid regolable suspension. Guides will be anchored by steel espansion dowels. Grounting joints and superficial shaving will be performed with plaster/ smoothing MGO Fire Filler.
